Privacy Policy
We collect personal information from you for the purposes of:
- Evaluating and determining your request for financial advice;
- Maintaining relevant records and advice reports;
- Communicating with you in relation to our services, including providing you with occasional marketing material, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
By engaging us to provide advice services to you, you consent and give authority to us to obtain your personal information from or disclose your information to, the following parties:
- Regulators and external compliance personnel or any service provider when implementing any of our recommendations or variations thereof and/or supplying products to you;
- Compliance advisers/personnel, product providers whom we have an agreement with, insurance companies, any claims investigators and claims assessors, ACC, financial institutions and any other persons or agencies deemed relevant;
- Our own personnel, and other professionals including but not limited to; solicitors, accountants, finance brokers and financial planners when such services are required to complement this advice, and/or as requested by you;
- Any other individual or organisation where disclosure is required by law.
In some cases, we may also collect personal information about you from third parties, such as product providers, public records, or other advisers involved in your financial affairs.
When this happens, the Privacy Act 2020 requires us to take reasonable steps to inform you, as soon as reasonably practicable, about what information has been collected, why we need it, how it will be used, and who it may be shared with.
We only collect information that is necessary for providing advice or meeting our regulatory requirements.

By signing or accepting this engagement, you confirm that you have been directed to the schedule and have had the opportunity to review it.
Our IT systems are stored and backed up to secure and reputable cloud-based services. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. We will rely on you to keep us informed of any changes to your contact details and any other personal information.
You can request access or correct your personal information at any time by contacting us.
